To extract your organization or suborganization communication credits usage go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Settings and then select General.  

Step 2: Click on the Communication Credits tab. You will be able to see the Export Comsuption section.  

Note: The extraction of the communication credits usage is a feature that is only available for Super Users. If you want to understand what types of users exist please see User profiles and permissions - Monitoring

Step 3: Select the timeframe you would like to consult. You can extract your comsuption info up until one year of data. For example, you can extract your communication credits comsuption from the 6th of december of 2024 until the 6th of december of 2025.

 Step 4: Select the sub-organization you which to consult.

Note: If your organization doesn't have any sub-organizations, you will only be able to select your organization.

Step 5: Click on the Extract button. A excel document will be downloaded containing all the data related to your communication credit usage.
