To create a Preventive Maintenance Plan, go through the following steps :
Option 1:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Maintenance.
Step 2: Choose the Preventive option.
Step3: Choose the Maintenance Plans option.
Step 4: Find the Equipment though Free Search, Location, Equipment type, Equipment or Team (Internal or External).
Step 5: Click Filter, choose the desired Equipment and a side window will open with the Equipment Information's and Plan Details. Choose Plan Details.
Step 6 : Choose New Task.
Step 6.1: Choose whether the Task is Mandatory or Not Mandatory. If the Task is Mandatory, the Technicians are only allowed to end the task once it has been executed, while if Not Mandatory, the Task can be completed even though it has not been performed.
Step 6.2: Choose Task Type.(Action, Replacement, Measurement or Calibration)
Step 6.3: Choose Frequency. (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Semiannual, Yearly or Personalize)
Step 6.4: Choose Components.(if the task is about the whole Equipment or if it is only for some Component of the same)
Step 6.5: Describe the task.
Type of Tasks: For an Action, which Task For a Replacement, which Component to Replace For a Measurement, what we want to Measure and the Minimum limit and Maximum limit For a Calibration, what are the Approval criteria
Step 6.6: Choose the Start Date.
Step 6.7: Choose Estimated time spend.
Step 6.8: Choose Customize days (only for Daily Tasks), Customize Weeks (only for Daily Tasks and Weekly Tasks) and Customize Months (For Daily Task, Weekly Tasks and Monthly Tasks only).
Step 6.9: Choose the option, If Occurs in (Saturday, Sunday or Weekend) Move to (day of the week).
Step 6.10: Choose Team (Internal or External).
Step 6.11: Choose Users.
Step 6.12: Choose Providers.
Step 6.13: Add Grades.
Step 6.14: Select Save.
A Maintenance Plan is composed of one or more Maintenance Tasks. To add more Tasks to this Plan, follow the steps from Point 6.

Step 2: Choose the Equipment option.
Step 3: Find the Equipment through Free Search, Status, Location, Brand Model, Specialization/Area or Equipment type.
Step 4:Click Filter, choose the desired Equipment and a side window will open with the Equipment Information . Click on the 3 dots and choose See Maintenance Plan.
Step5: A side window will open with Information and Plan details. Choose Plan details.
Step 6: Choose New Task.
