ViGIE users can only be created by users with an Administrator profile. If you need to create a new user, ask the administrator of your organization or contact ViGIE Helpdesk.

ViGIE users can have one of the following monitoring profiles:

• Administrator
• Sensor Manager
• Data & Alarms Validator

Note: ViGIE user accounts require a valid e-mail address. When creating an account, you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary password, valid for 48h, which will be used to complete the account creation process.
