To program an alert in case of exceeding work order execution expected date, go through the following steps: 

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click Settings 

Step 2: Choose the Maintenance option.    

Step 3: Select the Corrective tab. 

Step 4: In the Priorities box below, it is possible to activate an alert in case the expected execution date is exceeded, through the selector found in the Alert field. Also, once the alert is activated, it is possible to define a time interval during which the alert will be sent. 

Step 5: Click save.
