To edit a user's information and/or permissions, go through the following steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on User Management.
Step 2: Find the desired user. You can use the available filters. Learn how to use filters here.
Step 3: Click on the name of the desired user. A side window will open.
Option 1: To change user information:
Step 4.1: Click on the edit option, located on the right side of the text "User information".
Step 4.2: Change user information.
Step 4.3: Click on the save option located on the right side of the text "User Information".
Example of how to change user information:
Option 2: To change user permissions:
Step 5.1: Select the Permissions tab.
Step 5.2: Click on the edit option located on the right side of the text "Specialisation/Area" or "Active" to change the user's area(s) of specialisation or role, respectively.
Step 5.3: Change the fields you require.
Step 5.4: Click on the save option.
Note: If you want, you may set the user as Superuser by activating the selector.
