If you have already set up your MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) but would like to switch to a different method (email, SMS, or authenticator app), you can easily change it by going through the following steps:
Step 1: In the top right corner of the page, click on your user profile.
Step 2: Select Privacy & Security.
Step 3: Click on Multi-Factor Authentication.
Step 4: Choose your preferred authentication method.
Note: If the SMS option is not available, it may be due to one of the following reasons: 1. Your organization’s administrator has not enabled it, and you will not be able to use SMS as an authentication method. 2. You do not have a phone number linked to your ViGIE account. Step 5: Click on Save Changes. Your authentication method has now been updated. To learn more about how to use it, select one of the three options below:
