Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) can only be managed by users with a superuser profile. These users have the ability to enable or disable MFA for the entire organization, as well as decide whether the SMS method is available as an authentication option.
This article provides step-by-step instructions on how to this:
Step 1: In the side menu, click on Settings.
Step 2: Select General.
Step 3: In the top right corner of the Organization data section, click on the edit button.
Step 4: Click on the switch button next to "Enable Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)" to activate the MFA.
Step 5: An additional checkbox will appear for the SMS method. If you want to activate SMS as an authentication option, tick this box.
Step 6: In the top right corner of the Organization data section, click on the save button.
Note: Using MFA via SMS consumes communication credits. You can see how these credits are spent here.
