The communication credits are used to send SMS and Voice call alerts. The management of the organization number of credits is only available for Administrator Super users.
To verify the number of communication credits available on your organization follow these steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click Settings.
Step 2: Choose the General option.
Step 3: Click on the Organization card.
Step 4: On the section Communication credits, verify the number of credits available and alert level configured.
