Add Floor Maps to the Dashboard

To add Floor Maps to the Dashboard, go through the following steps:

Step1: Select the Floor Maps tab of your Dashboard.

If the Plants tab does not appear on your Dashboard, learn how to make it active here: How to manage dashboard tabs?

Step 2: Click on the + icon located in the center of your page. A side window will open. If you have already added one or more plants and want to add more, for different locations, click Floor Maps Configurations.

Step 3: Click Add a new map.

Step 4: Fill in the details of the New Floor Map.

The Floor Map Name, Floor Map Location and Floor Map File are mandatory. The field Logo is optional.

The floor map file and the logo must be files with a maximum size of 10 MB and of type jpg, jpeg, png, bmp or gif.

Step 5: Click the Save button.

If you want to change the floor map data or delete it, click on the edit or delete option, respectively.
These options can be found to the right of the floor map name.

Step 6: Check if the Floor Map is selected and added to favorites. If not, do so by clicking on the square and the star located to the left of the Floor map name.

To access the floor maps on the dashboard, you need to select them.

It is mandatory to set a floor map as a favourite. This floor map will be the one that appears open when you access the Floor Map tab of your dashboard. If you do not set a floor map as a favourite, the system will not let you save the changes you have made.

Step 7: Click the Save button.
