In case you want to receive alarm notifications through SMS or voice calls, you will need to add a cell phone number to your ViGIE user.

To do so, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the top right corner of the page, select your user.

Step 2: Choose the option My user.

Step 3: Click on the edit icon, located in the right superior corner. 

Step 4: Enter the phone number you intend to add to your user in the phone number field.

Step 5: Click on the save icon, located in the right superior corner. 

Step 6: A modal will appear for you to validate your phone number. Confirm the phone number by clicking Validate.

Step 7: You will receive an SMS on your cell phone with the verification code. Enter the code in the VIGIE portal.

Step 8: Click Validate.
