Create Areas of Expertise

To create Specialization Areas, go through the following steps: 


Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click Settings.   


Step 2: Choose the Maintenance option.      


Step 3: Select the tab Specialization/Area.


Step 4: Fill in the field Designation.


You can, if you wish, assign Auto Attribute Work Orders. To do this, simply activate the selector. 


Step 5: Click Save.


After that, you have the information of the Specialization Area you have just created and all the areas created previously.


To change information about Specialization/Area:


                Step 6.1: Click on the edit option.


                Step 6.2: Change the designation field 

              

                Step 6.3: Click on the save option. 


Note: You can even delete Specialization/Area. To do this, simply select the delete item of the Specialization Area you want to delete and a warning will appear. Click on the Yes option.


You can export a Specialization/Area list in csv, excel or pdf format. Alternatively, you can choose to print immediately.
