ViGIE does not erase any of the data measured.

We value the every single data collected. Therefore, the sensor data measured is never erased!

However, to ensure a better performance while accessing the day-to-day data we've limited the information displayed on the ViGIE3 Platform to 2 years.

If you need to access any data prior to 2 years please contact our support team through the usual channels (helpdesk@vigiesolutions.com) and they'll give access to the desired data timeframe.
