Consult the change log

To consult the change log, go through the following steps:  


Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click Settings.   


Step 2 : Choose the Audit option.    


Step 3 : Select the Changes tab. 


Step 4 : Select the Time period you want to consult the change log, as the type of change, by whom it was performed, and in which sensor and/or equipment (in case you have the maintenance module active).


Step 5 : Click Filter. 


You will have access to a list with reference to the Entity, Name, Date of the last action and the User who made the change.


If you select a specific Entity, a side window will open with the details of the changes made in the previously defined Time Period.

 

You can export an access log list in csv, excel or pdf format. Alternatively, you can choose to print it immediately.
