Users profiles and permissions - Maintenance

The ViGIE users of the maintenance module, can have the following roles:

Superuser

Administrator

Maintenance Manager

Inventory Manager

Maintenance Technician

Requester

NOTE: The same user can have different roles and, consequently, different permissions for different locations in the organisation. In addition, can be given permissions to access only equipment from certain areas of expertise.

Users with Superuser profile have access to all ViGIE product features and permissions to view, edit and create any of them, at any level of the platform.

For the remaining user profiles, these can have permissions only for certain levels/locations. The Administrator profiles must be assigned to sub-organizations of the platform.

The tables below show the permissions granted to each user profile for the levels/locations of the platform they have access.
