To access the Communication Failures History, go through the following steps: 

Step1: In the main menu, on your left side, click on Alarms. 

Step 2: Choose the Communication Failures  option. 

Step 3: Select the tab History. 

Step 4: Use the filters available at the top of the page to more easily access the desired communication failure(s). Click on Filter. You will access a list with the history of communication failures according to the selected filters.
