When a receiver is no longer being used and you do not want to receive its communication failures alerts or see its status (online/offline), you have the ability to disable this receiver.
In order to do that, go through the following steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Locations and Equipment and then select Receivers.
Step 2: Once inside the Receivers page, select the receiver you would like to disable.
Step 3: A side window will open (Receiver View). Scroll down until you see a white button with red letters saying Disable.
Step 4: Click on the Disable button. A confirmation modal will open making sure you want to disable the selected receiver.
Step 5: Enter a reason for disabling the receiver in the text box. This justification is mandatory. The disable button will be enabled after entering a reason.
Step 6: Click on the Disable button. The receiver will be disabled. A new entry will appear in the deactivation history.
Note: After disabling your receiver you can enable it again by repeting the first 3 steps. In the third step, instead of a disable button, you will find a Enable button which will reactivate your receiver when clicked.
