Maintenance Report

ViGIE platform allows you to create maintenance reports with the information you want about the equipment in your organisation.


The maintenance reports can contain the following information:


  • Equipment Data: A set of information about the equipment is displayed. This information will appear in your report if you select only one equipment.


 

  • Statistics: The statistics of preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance and a summary of the two types of interventions for the selected equipment(s) are shown.

  

 

  • Detailed list of maintenance sheets: Displays a list with preventive maintenance sheets that have occurred during the selected time for each of the selected equipment.

 


  • Detailed list of work orders: A list with work orders (corrective maintenance) that have occurred during the selected period for each of the selected equipment is displayed.

  

 

  • Comparison by users: When generating a report, it is possible to compare users according to the maintenance tasks they performed. If you choose the users you want to compare (between 2 and 6) and select the option to compare users, 5 graphs will appear in the report with the comparison of users according to the number of interventions that they carried out, the associated costs, the total time of carrying out the maintenance, the preventive maintenance KPI's and the corrective maintenance KPI's.


  • Comparison by type of equipment: When generating a report, it is possible to compare equipments according to the type of equipment. If you choose the types of equipment that you want to see compared (between 2 and 6) and select the option to compare types of equipment, 5 graphs will appear in the report with the comparison of the types of equipment according to the number of interventions, the costs, the total time of carrying out the maintenance, the KPI's of preventive maintenance and the KPI's of corrective maintenance.


  • Comparison by specialisation area: When generating a report it is possible to carry out the comparison of equipments according to the specialisation area. If you choose the areas of expertise that you want to see compared (between 2 and 6) and select the option to compare areas of expertise, 5 graphics will appear in the report with the comparison of the areas of expertise according to the number of interventions, the costs, the total time spent on maintenance, the preventive maintenance KPIs and the corrective maintenance KPIs. In the figure below, an example of comparison of equipment by area of specialisation is presented. The charts presented for comparison by type of equipment and by user are similar.
