How communication credits are spent

The communication credits are spent on SMS notifications and Voice calls. 


The number of credits spent on each SMS depends on the user's mobile network country. Consult the table below which shows the number of credits consumed depending on the country:

1. The table above is valid for SMS without special characters (!, ç, #, etc), for each set of 160 characters. 

2. The table above is valid for SMS with special characters (!, ç, #, etc), for each set of 70 characters. 

3. ViGIE reserves the right to modify the above table without prior notice, whenever necessary.

4. The Voice calls are charged per second. The displayed price represents the average value charged.


Example 1: An SMS without special characters with a length of 165 characters in Germany will spent 4 communication credits. The same SMS with special characters will spent 6 communication credits.

Example 2: An SMS with special characters with a length of 143 characters in Belgium will spent 9 communication credits. The same SMS without special characters will spent 3 communications credits.
