In the ViGIE 3 app, you can start and end a journey by scanning a QR code on the sensor. For that, you need to link the QR code to the sensor. Below is a step-by-step explanation of how to link a transport sensor to a QR code.

Step 1: Log in to the ViGIE 3 app using the same credentials you used to access the web platform.

Step 2: Select the Locations and Equipment icon.

Step 3: Find out the transport sensor you want to associate the QR code with. For that, enter the name of the sensor on the search bar or find it on the organisational structure.

Step 4: Select the transport sensor you want to associate the QR code with. The Sensor View will open.

Step 5: Click on the QR code icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Step 6: Scan the sensor's QR code.

The sensors have a QR code on the back. You can use this code if you want. Alternatively, you can generate a new QR code and link it to the sensor.

Step 7: The message "QR code successfully added" will appear. The QR code is now associated with the sensor and you can now start or end journeys by scanning the QR code.
