To validate an alarm from dashboard, go through the following steps:
Step 1: Select the Alarms tab of your dashboard.
Step 2: Select the Alarm that you want to validate.
Step 3: After opening the side panel, you can proceed the analysis.
Step 4: Then choose one of the following options depending on what is applicable:
Option 1: Put the alarm under analysis - In cases where the reason for the Alarm occurrence is not resolved, you can "snooze" the alarm by putting it on analysis for a while, during which you will not receive any notification.
- Set the Resolution time.
- Enter a comment or select a predefined comment.
- Click the under analysis button.
Example of the procedure to put the Alarm in Analysis from the Dashboard:
Option 2: Close/ Validate the Alarm - In cases where the reason for the Alarm occurrence is resolved and the Alarm has recovered.
- Enter a comment or select a predefined comment.
- Click the Sorted button.
