How to finish a journey using the ViGIE 3 APP?

Through the ViGIE 3 app, you can finish a journey in two ways: by scanning the sensor's QR code or by filling in the information manually.


To finish a journey through the ViGIE 3 app using the QR code, go through the following steps:


Step 1: Log in to the ViGIE 3 app, using the same credentials you used to access the web platform.


Step 2: Select the Transport (vehicle) icon.


Step 3: Click on the QR Code button at the top of the screen.


Step 4: Scan the sensor's QR code.


Step 5: Select the Finish journey option.


Step 6: The journey window will open. The ViGIE system automatically fills in the end date of the journey considering the time the QR code was scanned. If necessary, edit the information you want to have previously filled in about the journey. 

  

Step 7: Click on the Finish journey button.

  

To create or finish a journey using the QR code, the code must be associated with the transport sensor. Find out how by clicking here.

To finish a journey through the ViGIE 3 app manually (without using the QR code), go through the following steps:

 

Step 1: Log in to the ViGIE 3 app, using the same credentials you used to access the web platform.


Step 2: Select the Transport (vehicle) icon.


Step 3: Select the journey you want to finish.


Step 4: Fill in the end date and time of the journey.


Step 5: If necessary, edit the information you have previously filled in or add about the journey. 

  

Step 6: Click on the Save button.
