How to consult the occurrences to be validated and the occurrence history?

To consult the occurrences to be validated and the occurrence history, go through the following steps:

 

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Transport.


Step 2: Choose the Occurrences option.


Step 3: A page will open containing a list of occurrences To validate. You can use the filters available at the top of your page or the search bar to filter and find the occurrences to be validated.

  

Available filters:
Start date: You can filter the occurrences by the start date of the associated journey(s).
Sensor: You can filter the list of occurrences by the transport sensor(s) associated with the journey(s). Level: You can filter the occurrences by their classification: Warning or Critical. Learn more about how occurrences are categorised by clicking here.

 

Step 4: Select the columns of the table you want to visualise with the information of the sensor(s) and the journey(s) that generated the occurrence.


Step 5: Click on the occurrence you want. The Journey View will open where you can analyse the journey data, information, alarm limits and a section where you can validate the occurrence.


Step 6: To view the history of occurrences, click on the History tab. This will open a list of occurrences in history. You can also filter the occurrences and if you want to know more about the journey that generated the occurrence, click on the journey and the Journey View will open.
