When new sensors or new locations are added to the ViGIE platform, there is the need to move them to the organisational structure, placing them in the appropriate location. To do that, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Settings.

Step 2: Choose the Structure Setup option.

Step 3: At the top of the page, you will find the sensors and/or locations that have been added to the platform but have not been moved into the organizational structure. Select the sensor(s) and/or location(s) you want to move into the structure.
  

You can move more than one sensor and/or location into the structure simultaneously if the destination is the same.

Step 4: Click on Move Items.

Step 5: Select the destination of the item(s) you selected.

To find and select the destination, use the arrows to expand the locations in your organisational structure.

Step 6: Click Confirm.

Step 7: Click Ok.

Step 8: If there are still more items to add to the structure, repeat steps 3 through 7 until you have moved all the newly added items into your structure.

Step 9: Click Save Changes.

Step 10: Click Proceed.
