Para configure battery level alerts, go through the following steps:
Step 1: Select the sensor you want to configure battery level alerts. There are three ways to select it:
1ª: Select, in the Sensors tab of your Dashboard, the desired sensor widget.
2ª: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Locations and Equipment. Select Locations and then find the desired sensor in your organizational structure.
3ª: In the main menu, on the left side, click Settings. Select Monitoring, then find and click on the desired sensor.
Step 2: A side window will open (Sensor View). Select the General tab.
Step 3: In the Battery Alarm section, click on the Edit option.
Step 4: Enable or disable the generation of battery level alerts and set the respective limit values for the warning alarm and critical alarm.
Step 5: Configure the users to be notified. To do this, click on the edit option under Notify users.
Step 6: Add/Remove users to which you want communication failure alerts to be sent for that sensor. To add a user, click the Add user button. For each user added, assign the path(s) for the communication of the alert. The alert can be sent by email, sms and/or ViGIE APP.
Step 7: Click the Save button.
