How to analyze Communication Failures

To analyze Communication Failures, go through the following steps:


Step 1:  In the main menu, on the left side, click on Alarms.


Step 2: Choose the Communication failures analysis option.


Step 3: Select the sensor which you want to analyse the communication faults. 


To do so, choose one of the following options:


Option 1: Insert, on the search bar, the name of the sensor that you want to analyze the communication failure.

Option 2: Find the previous sensor directly in its organizational structure.


 You can analyze the Communication Failures of one or more sensors simultaneously.


Step 4: Select the parameters measured by the sensor and click on Analyse.


Step 5: Select a certain period of time (Today, Yesterday, Last week, Last month, or a personalized time interval)  in which you want to analyse the communication Failures and click in Set time


A scoter plot chart will appear, with the number of hours in function of the days, and with the number of failures represented in each square, will show you in what time and day have the communication failures took place.


The bar underneath the chart have a color code that allows you to see the number of failures occurred on the time frame defined.



Besides the chart, the information regarding the number of failures per sensor and the time of failure are described.
