To force a user to reset password, go through the following steps:  

Step 1:  In the main menu, on the left side, click on Users Management.

Step 2: Select the user you wish to force to reset the password. A side window will open with the user's details.

Step 3: At the bottom of the side window, under actions, click Reset password.

Step 4: You will get a warning saying "Are you sure you want to force this user to reset it? ".Click on the Yes option. 

The user will receive an email to reset the password, as per the example below.

Only users with an Administrator profile can force users to reset their password.

Example of how to force other users to reset their password:
