To validate an alarm from the alarm list, go through the following steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Alarms.
Step 2: Choose the Alarms option.
Step 3: Select the Alarm you want to validate depending on it status:

Step 4: After opening the side panel with the Alarm information, you can proceed the analysis.
Step 5: Then choose one of the following options depending on what is applicable:
Option 1: Put the alarm under analysis - In cases where the reason for the Alarm occurrence is not resolved, you can "snooze" the alarm by putting it on analysis for a while, during which you will not receive any notification.
- Set the Resolution time.
- Click the Under Analysis button.
- Enter a comment or select a predefined comment.
Example of the procedure to put the alarm under analysis from the alarms list:
Option 2: Solve the Alarm - In cases where the reason for the Alarms occurrence is resolved and the Alarm has recovered.
- Click the Solved button.
- Enter a comment or select a predefined comment.
- Click on Acknowledge.
