How to configure communication failure alerts in bulk

In order to configure communication failure alerts in bulk, go through the following steps:

Step 1: Configure the communication failure alert, as desired, for one sensor/receiver. You can see how to do this by clicking here.

Step 2: Click on the "Copy configurations to" link. A modal will open with a list of all the enabled sensors in the organization as well as the configurations to copy.

Step 3: Select the configurations you want to copy (Alert Status, Notify after time and Users to notify) as well as the sensors you wish to copy to.

Example: If you only want to copy the status of the communication failure alert (enabled/disabled) and the time that the system will wait to send the alert after detecting a communication failure (notify after time) to two different sensors, then you should select the configurations as shown in the image below.

Step 4: Click on the Confirm button. A confirmation modal will open asking if you are sure you want to copy the selected configurations to the selected sensors.

Step 5: Click on the Confirm button. All the selected configurations will be copied to the selected sensors.
