How to use the Notification Center

The notification center is composed of urgent notifications and general notifications.

To consult the unread notifications, go through the following steps: 

Step 1: In the top right corner of the page, click on the notifications icon.

A window will appear where you can select the urgent tab to have access to the urgent notifications. Otherwise, if you select the general tab, you have access to general notifications.  

Note: At the top of the window, on the left side, you have information on the total number of notifications and if you wish to delete the notifications, click Clear All on the right side. 

Step 2: Click on the notification you wish to consult and a side window will open with all the information related to that notification.

If the notifications icon is marked with a green symbol, this means that only general notifications are available. If it is red, there is at least one urgent notification. 

Example of the procedure:

To consult all the notifications present in the Notifications center, go through the following steps: 

Step 1:  In the top right corner of the page, click on the notifications icon.

Step 2 : Click Go to the notification center. 

Step 3: To make it easier to locate the notification you are looking for, you can apply filters to the list of notifications. To do this, select the filter bar and you can filter by Type of notifications, Status (Read, Unread) and/or Share mode (Not shared, Shared with me, Shared by me). Click Filter.

A list of urgent and general notifications will appear.

In each notification, you can:

• Click on the notification itself and a window with the details of the notification will open.

• Select a person with whom you want to share a notification, by selecting the notification you want to share and clicking on Share selected, or select the Share icon.

• Select the notification and click Mark as read. 

• Pin it to the top of the list by clicking on the Pin icon.
