How to consult and manage users

To consult your users, go through the following steps:


Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Users Management.


Step 2: Consult the list of all ViGIE portal users in your organisation. You can filter the users according to the following parameters:


  • Roles: Select one or more roles for the profiles you want to find (Administrator, Maintenance Manager, Sensor Manager, Inventory Manager, Maintenance Technician, Data&Alarms Validator and/or Requester).


  • Locations: Select the location or locations assigned to the users you want to access.


  • Specialisation/Area: Select the area(s) of expertise of the users you want to find.


  • Validation: Choose whether you want to search for validated users or users with pending validation.


Step 3: After selecting the filters, click on Filter. You can see the list of users that meet the requirements of the selected filters.

Once the desired user has been found, you can manage him by clicking on his name.
