To change the name of a location in your organisation, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click Settings. 

Step 2: Select the Structure Setup option.

Step 3: Find the location you want to change the name of and click on the Edit option.

Step 4: Change the location's name and/or the location's tag.

The location name is limited to 128 characters and the tag to 24 characters, including letters, numbers and symbols. It is suggested that the label be an abbreviation of the location name if it exceeds the character limit. The tag name is used to identify the location in SMS alerts and other areas of the platform where there is a need to abbreviate the location name.

Step 5: Click Save.
