To change general notification setting, go through the following steps:  

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click Settings.    

Step  2 : Choose the Monitoring option .   

Step  3 : Select the Notifications tab.  

These are global settings. Any changes made here will affect the behavior of monitoring notifications throughout the entire platform.

Step 4 : Activate or deactivate the extra alert settings.

The extra alert definitions, are composed of Severity Change, Recovery and Validation alerts. 

NOTE: Select only what you want the extra alert settings notifications to include. 

Step  5 : Configure Communication Failure notifications.

The Communication Failure notifications are composed of Status Reports that allow you to set the time they are sent and the option to justify communication failures. 

NOTE: Select only what you want the Communication Failure notifications to include. 

Step  6: Click Save.
