ViGIE users can be created by users with an Administrator profile. If you need to create a new user, ask the administrator of your organization or contact ViGIE Helpdesk.
ViGIE users can have one of the following profiles:
- Administrator
- Maintenance Manager (only available for Maintenance Module Subscriptions)
- Sensor Manager
- Inventory Manager (only available for Maintenance Module Subscriptions)
- Maintenance Technician (only available for Maintenance Module Subscriptions)
- Data & Alarms Validator
- Requester (only available for Maintenance Module Subscriptions)

ViGIE user accounts require a valid e-mail address. When creating an account, you will receive a confirmation email with a temporary password, valid for 48h, which will be used to complete the account creation process.
