To export a list of communication failures, go through the following steps: 

Step1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Alarms.  

Step 2: Choose the Communication failures option.  

Step3: Select, at the top of the page, the tab of communication failures you intend to export (Currently occurring | History).

Step 4: Choose, at the bottom of the page, the format in which you want to export the list of communication faults. A file in the selected format will be downloaded.

You can export a list of communication faults in csv, excel or pdf format. Alternatively, you can choose to print it immediately.
