How to use the Maintenance tab

The Maintenance tab displays a summary of the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Orders for your facilities and equipment, according to the available filters that are active at the top of the page.

Example of filters use: 

Available filters: 

Time Frame – Defines the period for which your data will be displayed.

Location – Location(s) for which you want to see your Preventive and Corrective Maintenances.

Equipment – Equipment(s) you want to see the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Orders.

Users – User(s) associated with Preventive and Corrective Maintenance.

Specialization Area – Specialization Area(s) of the equipment(s) you want to see the Preventive and Corrective Maintenance Orders.

After selecting the desired filters, please press the Filter button.

Now, you will have access to the following data:

• List of the latest corrective maintenance with its associated status (Pending, Overdue and Paused).

• Corrective maintenance KPI's - Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Mean Time to Repair (MTTR), Total time of Corrective Maintenance.

• List of the latest preventive maintenance with its associated status (Pending, Overdue and Paused).

• Preventive Maintenance KPI's – % of execution of scheduled Preventive Maintenance, Execution Ratio of Preventive Maintenance, Total time of Preventive Maintenance.

You can view in detail any of the Maintenance Orders with a simple click on the desired order. A side panel will open and will display the detail of the desired Order. Without leaving the dashboard, you can execute that order or edit any of its fields, depending on the permissions that your user has access to and the Order type.
