The journey offset time is the time from which, after the start of a journey, the data collected by the sensors will be contemplated as data of that journey. This setting is done at the sensor level.

To edit the Journey Offset time, go through the following steps:  

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Transport.

Step 2: Choose the Sensors option. This will open a page containing a list of the transport sensors you have access to.

Step 3: Find out the transport sensor you want to edit the Journey Offset Time. For that, you can use the filters available at the top of the page or use the search bar.

Step 4: Click on the transport sensor. A side window will open, the Sensor View.

Step 5: Select the General tab of the Sensor View.

Step 6: Find the "About the sensor" section and click the edit option (pencil).

Step 7: Edit the Journey Offset to the time you want.

The Journey Offset is set in minutes and must be an integer value between 0 and 1440 minutes (1 day).

Step 8: Click on the Save option.
