How to create Equipment Types

To create Equipment Types, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click Settings. 

Step 2: Choose the Maintenance option.  

Step 3: Select the Equipment Types tab.

Step 4: Fill in the field Designation and select a Responsible User for the equipment (optional). 

Step 5: Click + New Item.

After that, you have a list of Equipment Types with information about the type of equipment you have just created and all those created before.

To change Equipment Type information:

                Step 6.1: Click on the edit option.

                Step 6.2: Change the fields you want.

                Step 6.3: Click on the save option.

Note: You can even delete the type of equipment. To do this, simply select the delete item and a warning will appear. Click on the Yes option. 

You can export a list of Equipment Types in csv, excel or pdf formats. Alternatively, you can choose to print immediately.
