To export a Preventive Maintenance Sheet list, go through the following steps:

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Maintenance.

Step 2: Choose the Preventive option.

Step 3: Choose the Maintenance Sheets option.

Step 4: You can make filters through Free Search, State (Planned, Canceled, Work in Progress, Paused, Completed),Location, Equipment type, Equipment, Assigned to, Planned date and Execution date.

Step 5: Choose the file type option you want to have the listing. (CSV, Excel, PDF  and Print)
