The journey generated an occurrence. How can I validate it?

If during a journey a deviation from the acceptable (configured alarm limits) has occurred, the journey will generate an occurrence. To validate an occurrence, go through the following steps:

  

Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Transport.


Step 2: Choose the Occurrences option. A page will open containing a list of occurrences To validate.


Step 3: Find the occurrence you want to validate. For that, you can use the filters available at the top of your page or the search bar to filter and find the occurrence you want to validate.


Step 4: Select the occurrence you want to validate. The Journey View will open where you can analyse the journey data, information, alarm limits and, at the bottom, the section where you can validate the occurrence.


Step 5: Click on the Validate button.


Step 6: Type a comment to validate the occurrence.


Step 7: Click on Validate.
