First time on ViGIE 3? How to activate my account?

To activate your account on the new ViGIE 3, go through the following steps:

Step 1: Open your browser and access vigie.cloud website.

Step 2: Introduce your e-mail address associated to your ViGIE account.

Step 3: Click on Next.

Step 4: Click on the option First time on V3? Click here.

Step 5: Click on Reset Password. The instructions for activating your account will be sent by email.

Step 6: Access your email and wait a few moments for the Account Recovery email.

Step 7: Open the email. You will be provided with a temporary password, as shown in the example below.

Step 8: Return to the ViGIE platform and click on Go to login. 

Step 9: Introduce the temporary password provided in the Account Recovery e-mail.

Step 10: Click on Login.

Step 11: Accept the terms of the End-User License Agreement (EULA) and click Save.

Step 12: Change the password according to the requirements.

The new password must fulfil the requirements highlighted on the platform (at least 8 characters, 1 uppercase letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 number and 1 symbol, except: ' , \ and ".

Step 13: Click on Save password.

Step 14: Validate your phone number. For that, select your country code and introduce your phone number. If you do not want to use the phone features, select that option.

It is mandatory to complete the phone number validation process in order to ensure that you continue to receive SMS alerts.

Step 15: Click on Send Code. You will receive a message on the phone number with a validation code, similar to the one below.

Step 16: Introduce, in the ViGIE platform, the validation code you received on your phone.

Step 17: Click on Validate code. Your ViGIE platform homepage will open, finalising the account validation process.
