By default, the locations in your organisation that are on the same level are sorted alphabetically. If you want to reorder them, you first need to enable this permission and then proceed to reorder the locations.
To activate the permission to reorder the locations of your organisation, go through the following steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Settings.
Step 2: Choose the General option.
Step 3: On the General tab, in the details section, under "List locations", click Edit.
Step 4: Select the Editable option.
Step 5: Click on Save.
Example of the procedure:
Once you have enabled the permission to edit the order of the locations in your organisation, to reorder the locations that are on the same level, go through the following steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Settings.
Step 2: Choose the Structure Setup option.
Step 3: Select the location you want to change the position in the structure.
Step 4: Click Move up or Move down as many times as necessary to move the location up or down in the structure respectively, until it is in the desired position.
Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 for any other locations you may want to reorder in your structure (optional).
Step 6: Click Save Changes.
Step 7: Click Proceed.
