To generate a Monitoring Report, go through the following steps:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Reports.
Step 2: Choose the Generate report option.
Step 3: In the Report Type, which is in the top right-hand corner, pick the Monitorization option.
Step 4: Assign the name of the report that you want to create.
Step 5: Choose the sensor(s) that you pretend to include on your report. In order to do that, enter the sensor name in the search bar or search for the sensor in the organizational structure.
On the right side of the board where you added the sensors, a description of the selected sensor(s) will be shown. NOTE: Up to 50 sensors can be selected per report.
Step 6: Click Next step.
Step 7: Select the time period of the report information.
NOTE: The maximum selectable time period for monitoring reports is 31 days.
Step 8: Activate or deactivate the additional options in front of each one's name if you want to activate or deactivate them respectively.
The Alarms option, includes alarm statistics and alarm details.
The option Tables include summary tables.
The Deactivation Periods/Events option include disable periods and events.
NOTE: Within each option, select only what you want it to include.
Step 9: Click Generate Report.
Step 10: Click Print to get the pdf.
