Equipment components structure

To create the Equipment Components Structure, go through the following steps:


Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click Locations and Equipment.


Step 2: Choose the Equipment option.


Step 3: Find the Equipment through Free Search, Location, Brand, Model, Area of expertise or Equipment Type. Click Filter, choose the desired Equipment and a side window will open with the Equipment Information.


Step 4: Choose the Components tab.


Step 5: Select Add Component.


Step 6: Choose the desired component.


Step 7: Fill in the Serial Number. (optional)


Step 8: Choose the group or create a new Component group.


Usually, each Equipment already has a Components Group (General). However, other Groups can be created to improve components organization.


Step 9: Select Save.
