To handle a Corrective Maintenance Work order, go through the following steps:
Option 1:
Step 1: On the Dashboard, click on Maintenance and the Corrective Maintenance Sheets appear. Choose the respective Sheet through the Search by Time Interval, Location , Equipment, Users and Specialization Area.
Step 2: Click Filter, choose the Desired Work Order and a side window will open with Information regarding to the Work Order.
Step 3: Select Start.
Step 4: Record necessary interventions.
Step 5: Fill in the time for each User.
Step 6: Fill in the Components (if applicable).
Step 7: Fill in the Consumables (if applicable).
Step 8: Complete the Report (if applicable).
Step 9: Add Attachments (if applicable).
Step10: Select the complete option.
Step11: A window appears to confirm/edit the Users time and complete.
Example of How to handle a Corrective Maintenance Work Order:
Option 2:
Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click on Maintenance.
Step 2: Choose Corrective option.
Step 3: You can make filter by Free Search, Status (Under Analysis, Accepted, Rejected, Work in Progress, Paused and Completed), Due date, Priority, Requested by, and , Attributed to.
Step 4: Click Filter, choose the Desired Work Order and a side window will open with Information regarding to the Work Order.
Step 5: Select Start.
Step 6: Record necessary interventions.
Step 7: Fill in the time for each User.
Step 8: Fill in the Components (if applicable).
Step 9: Fill in the Consumables (if applicable).
Step 10: Complete the Report (if applicable).
Step 11: Add attachments (if applicable)
Step12: Select the Complete option.
Step 13: A window appears to confirm/edit the Users time and complete.
