To recover your password, go through the following steps:

Step 1: Open your browser and access vigie.cloud website.

Step 2: Introduce your e-mail address.

Step 3: Click on Next.

Step 4: Select the Forgot password? option.

Step 5: Click on Reset Password. The password recovery email will be sent in a few minutes.

Step 6: Open your e-mail and search for the password recovery email. It will look like the example below.

Step 7: After copying the new temporary password, go back to the browser and click on Go to login. 

Step 8: Introduce the temporary password you received in the e-mail and click Login.

Note: These credentials are only available for 48h after the request. If overdue, please go back to step 1. 

Step 9: Change your password according to the requirements.

Note: The new password cannot be the same as the latest 3 passwords and can contain all special characters except: ' , / and ".

Step 10: Click on Save password.

From now on you will need to use your new password to log in to the platform.
