The Main Menu

The Main Menu of the ViGIE portal is located on the left side of your page, as represented in the image below. Here you can find the following sections:


  • Dashboard: The Dashboard allows you to have immediate access to your Equipment and Sensors data, including alarm management and floor maps visualization. 


  • Locations and Equipment: This section allows you access to all the data of your Equipment/Sensors structure, as well as their management. 


  • Alarms: Here you can access the complete list of alarms (Occurring, In validation, History), as well as communication failures and their analysis tool. 


  • Maintenance: This section allows you to navigate through the maintenance management module, with access to all preventive and corrective maintenance orders, maintenance plans and stock management. 


  • Analytics: This module allows you to access the data analysis and correlation features of sensors existing in your organization. 


  • Reports: Here you can generate reports with all the information you want, as well as schedule them to be sent automatically to your email. 

 

  • Users Management: In this section you can create and manage users.


  • Settings: This menu allows you to manage in detail the entire structure of your organization, active modules, notifications and access to the audit module “Audit Trail”. 

  

 

At the bottom of the Main Menu you will find the Help button. ViGIE platform has a Knowledge Hub whose goal is to explain each of the portal sections and help users in performing their tasks, guiding them step by step. Find out more about ViGIE Knowledge Hub here.
