Manage work order priorities

To manage work order priorities, go through the following steps:  


Step 1: In the main menu, on the left side, click Settings.     

   

Step 2: Choose the Maintenance option.    


Step 3: Select the Corrective tab. 


Step 4: Click on the edit icon to the right of "Priorities".


Step 5: On the left side of the table you can see different levels of priority. In front of each priority level you will see an editable field, where you can set the desired time period. In addition, each priority can be categorized according to its degree of importance.


Step 6: Click save.
