The communication failure menu displays all the relevant information about a specific communication failure and can be accessed in two different ways:
1. Trough the Dashboard: Communication Failure Tab
Step 1: In the dashboard, click on the Communication Failure tab.
Step 2: Click on the Communication Failure card of interest. The communication failure menu will open.
2. Trough the Communication Failure page
Step 1: In the main menu, click on Alarms.
Step 2: Click on Communication Failures. The communication failures currently occurring page will open.
Step 3: Click on the communication failure you want to see. The communication failure menu will open.
Note: the communication failure you are looking for may be in the History tab if the sensor that triggered it has managed to recover its signal strength in the meantime.
In the Communication Failure Menu you can see the following information:
- Strength of sinal graphic: by clicking on different points along the yellow line, you can view your sensor's signal strength during the 4 hours leading up to the communication failure. The black line signals the occurrence of the communication failure while the grey zone indicates how long did it last until the communication was recovered.
- Battery and signal strength data: the last battery and signal strength values, along with its timestamp, are displayed. You can also view the last receiver the sensor communicated with.
